Tilecast offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date and we will refund the payment in full.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are not charged at all.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact Tilecast support and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your shop page and catalogue stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
